What we collect

When you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter we store the details you provide (name, email address, phone number, your message) so that we can respond and, where you have asked for it, keep you informed. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used; these tools set cookies and process pseudonymised usage data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it, by emailing info@selectedportugal.com. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
